ABOUT THE FOUNDER

DR. MATTHEW DUNN

Matthew is a Doctor of Organizational Leadership Psychology and Master Certified Professional Coach who spent nearly a decade coaching collegiate soccer before starting Performance Rising in 2016.

Matthew holds the United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, is a certified CultureTalk Coach, a graduate of Seth Godin’s altMBA program, a certified DISC coach, a former New York State certified teacher, and a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.
